After reviewing the evidence, and matches provided, I am suspending [IRA]Sharkbite for the rest of January and all of February for violating Clanwars rules. You are not allowed to be in one clan, and PLAY that clan.
Please adhere to these rules in the future to continue playing in this league.

WTF now i can see why i got suspended there was a matching IP adress but i assure you it wasnt me using the account i dotn need to point push vs dU. They just suck in general. Now can we please have soem suspension for dU's forcing oos on other players including me. The last 100000 games i played vs dU the second i start winning it goes oos but when i am not winning and they r close to winning it fails to go oos it plays normal and i also have a few screen shots of some dU members d/cing. I on the other hand will try to figure out if a member of my family had used that account and why doesnt Kibby get suspended if he faces dU him and desk live in the same house and use the same IP adress tbh Desk is terrified of lossing vs us and any chance he fins he will try to get someone baneed. I can also prove that i have won 100% of MY games fairly and i saved every replays so challenge me on which ever one u want. IDC. i also want to know who the admin is who suspended me. What bfme2 name does he use.

Posting replays won't change the fact that the IP's match. Anyone can say "someone in my house used my account" when they are accused. If there are dU players dcing and its clearly intentional, by all means post screenshots.
But as to your question, I don't play bfme2 actively anymore. I am an admin trying to work to keep the BfME2 league from dying.

Mr.Admin sir I KNOW 100% that ANYONE can have said its was someone in my household. But i know for a fact i did not do this. Back in June some dumb kids thought i was d/cing cause i beat them. I would not try to do something illegal once my status was changed to under inspection. Thanks for telling me somewhat of your identitiy. The only reason i wanted to know is because i wanted to make sure it wasnt a person closely related to dU but it was 100% fair suspension. If i find out who was playign probobly my brother or my cousin who likes to play bfme2 and comes over sometimes for weeks at a time i will ask them not too play IRA members.
About the dU oos problems i know for a fact that happens. Also I will not post any screen shot of anything this month cause they have a chnace to win a medal. Bringing the medal thing up i know for a fact dU has point pushed 4 of their cups. 2 bronze 1 silver and their gold.

The fact that he violated CW policy is why he is suspended until March. Not that he won only ten points... If we didn't have a strict policy of dealing with individuals who violated the rules, where would this league be?
Now, if you have specific complaints mainly revolving around individuals/clans that "cause" oos, I would like you to post screenshots, replays, and proof that they do so. If you don't post any proof, or accusations, I cannot look into investigating any claims.
Without proof, there is nothing that can be told from just IP's and Battlelogs involving OoS incidents.

LMAO admin i don't know if you are new or not but if you look in the AR area there are hundreds of ARs that see a clan like AoW filing a win against dU. Now the funny thing is i never really see dU filinf any ARs against other clans. Im pretty sure i can look into finding some replays i have vs dU|twista. BTW I would like my suspension to be shortened till next month because 1. You never suspend the real cheaters in this league. 2. You have basiclly taken my clans biggest spammer out f the running now we are screwed from even coming top 10 when we had a chance for possibly top 3-5. 3. MY NAME was never involved in this PP y dont u suspend Tt or Bowloffish they were the ones participating. Btw there r 2 months i am 100% sure dU cheated for places

Admins,
dU has point pushed and i have proof. Back in April 2009, about an hour before midnight, me and Raziel played 6 games BUT i will confess these games were not fair. I had quit at least 5 min into the game for all 6 games we played. If i would have played fairly the month would have ended with them getting a bronze but they point pushed with me for a silver. Now at this time i was not familiar with the point pushing rule. But i am now of course.. im 100% sorry for doing this and i know it was wrong but the fact that i got suspended by a dU member after i had helped them out that time is, in my mind, not cool. I was never gonna report i had point pushed cause frankly i was terrified of being suspended cause i love playing the game. But since i am suspended it can't really affect me. So ya dU HAS POINT PUSHED. I know alot of people thought they had but now i can back it up that they did.

1st of all. Prove to me a member of dU has dced or cause oos intentionally and he will get kicked out of the clan.
2nd. you'd lose against me every yucking time. So no wonder I owned you 6 games in a row. I do remember you quiting 1 game after 3 or 4 mins but i didnt ask you to. u left cuz u wanted to. probably had a bad army. plus. I got every replay. maybe i should post them and perhaps I'd post the 1v2 where i yucking pwned you and your m8. That was the only way i could get you into playing a game. Don't tell me I point pushed just cuz i convinced you into playing. You dodge me every single time. It is not my fault you wanted to play that day.
I do not care if you get banned or not. I actually think that if you bring activity to this game you shouldn't be banned, but if you start making things up about dU and talking poop about us I'm gonna report every single time you do dc or u F12 or do some weird poop as you always do.

I FORGOT TO MENTION. The only reason u faced us in a 2v1 is cause u owed me 6 wins since i point pushed 6 with you. But the best u would do is a 2v1 where u made me go like -60 you noob. ad isnt it odd that that isnt the only time you have point pushed to win some sort of cup

I do not pp, never did, never will.
dU does not cheat. In fact I believe most of dU players are some of the fairest players in this game.
We actually kicked 2/3 players at the same time once cuz they started a flame war (mani, aero,... ). I don't recall any clan ever doing that.
I think you should shut your mouth before more trash comes out of it.
PS: I faced you 2v1 without any handicap and I won.
@ any admin:
I don't think this kind of flaming should be allowed. This player is accusing me and my entire clan of a lie, without any kind of prove, only to get revenge because of Desktiper finding out he was cheating.

You really are an immature one. As to your case, we reviewed that particular instance back when it occured, and found that there was not enough evidence to punish dU. Infact, I requested for 2-3 replays from a dU member, and watched them all, and I couldn't find any particular point in each game, when you "quit" intentionally. You were clearly losing all three.
Insulting me will not get you anywhere. The fact is that you cheated, and refuse to take accountability and acceptance to this
