i know this may sound kittyy and stuff but, honestly. to be fair. NONE of the 4 games that were reported after the clock should be considered at all.

the match timings "stamped" onto the replay is by no means a good indicator. it can be easily altered a it is based on YOUR computer clock. hence i can simply set my clock to be 5mins slower than "normal" whatever "normal" is and that timing will show on my replay.

second, you can manually edit the file to let it show a diff timing. of which is a lot more complex but definately doable.

hence, the only yardstick we can use is the cw.cc timing which records wins/losses based on reports. and the 4 games were reported after that yardstick.

The replay time is when a game started, not finished.

And Crunk's replay time is completely wrong (it says 11pm on the 1st) so this only proves that replay time is a persons PC time not gamespy server time.

How is anyone supposed to have any idea of the CORRECT time that Crunk's game was played if the time stamp on his replay is on December 1st?  If the time of the game goes by the time on his PC, then this game shouldn't be counted in November, even though it obviously wasn't played @ around 11 PM on December 1st, but there is no way of knowing the exact time of the game if his clock on his PC is wrong.

Obviously it is physically impossible for Crunk to have time travelled to Dec. 1st, 2008 and played a game at 11 p.m.  Which narrows down the time the game was played to 11 p.m. Nov 30th.

But why couldn't the time be at like 12:05 AM on December 1st?  His clock being @ around 11 PM on December 1st doesn't narrow down ANYTHING.

look. everything points to one direction.

you cannot use your own individual replay time as any indicator whatsoever.

which goes back to my point - dont count any of the games reported after midnight

Of course you guys will say that, you don' t want your loss to count, which btw you all were very unsportsmanlike in not reporting that one.

And of course you don't want our legit wins to count, so of course you will say that.

lol avilo like i said. it may sound kittyy and whatever.

but if your talking about playing strictly by the rules, giving in to situations like this would compromise cw.cc's unbiased decision making. because they would have to close one eye and ignore the fact that match timings can be altered.

and wtf unsportsmenlike are u talking about. we did report the game. sheesh.

You were intentionally waiting till the point where your loss would not be counted against you aka unsportsmanlike.  But I am not going to post further about what you did or we did and nor am I going to post anything further against your clan.  I will just say...

As for clan wars, and E-SPORTS, the bigger picture, giving in to a site update/malfunction that ends up not including clan wars games played in the month of November compromises clan wars's integrity.

We played hard the entire month of November, just like you guys did, and we expect all of our games for the month of November to count, and for RA3 to be well represented as an e-sport by clanwars.cc.

We beat you out by a mere 6 points, but those 6 points still count, and the reason clan stim as a e-sports clan is fighting to get the win we deserve is because we realize clanwars is currently one of the only e-sports venues for red alert 3.

And we are hoping CW.CC will grant us the win considering the spirit of e-sports and the community.  I have nothing else to say or argue, maybe my other clanmates have words they would like to post, but I think this is the general feeling of us all.

wow avilo... u sure know how to smoke pretty gd. u go one big round talking about esports, integrity blah blah.

yet u ignore the very fact that you are chasing a win based on compromising cw.cc's integrity. LOL. just hiarious.

if we wanted to be big morons we can argue that your games ended after the clock. we could point fingers and accuse you of altering match timings and making a fuss of how crunk's game must definately be altered due to his shady match time.

but no we dint. all we're saying here is there is no solid way of telling from a replay when exactly it was played. and because of that, there is a loophole.

the decision lies with cw.cc on whether they want to close one eye and give you the "compassionate" win or stick by the rules.

avilo pls stop smoking and leave it as that. i will let the thread rest for now.

I would just like to say on behalf of my own and my team's integrity that we are pushing for this win simply because all games were played on time. If we somehow tried to forge a replay in order to steal your victory it would be an incredibly shallow win, and i honestly believe as a team we would never want any part or offer any justification for forging replays, cheating, or trying to steal this win.

All games were played on time,  won fair and square, but due to unforseeable circumstances surrounding the clanwars.cc servers simply minutes away from the deadline were not reported. This is unfortunate and not under our control, even though the games were played and reported asap. I hold a firm conviction that this win should be ours, because it would be the fair outcome, and sets good precedent for the future in cases where the clanwars servers play up at the most atrocious times (i am not having a personal attack here, just stating the facts) and matches cannot be legitimately reported.

how yucking sleezy can you guys be BoP, what's crazy is you guys don't even deny that the games were finished on time, you simply keep reiterating that the games were reported after midnight. WELL NO poop, I WONDER WHY. Hopefully clanwars.cc can crown the rightful victors.

Hell, I don't even like avilo, but his team deserves the win, BoP, wow, losing all respect for you guys

I know as a fact that game id 16288 was not in time. Paffe asked for a 1v1cw and i just came from cw.cc site and told paffe that its over, there is only 4 minutes left. So is the game 4 mins long or? That game was played after the famous 3v3 vs BoP so im sorry Stim

The game was actually 8 mins, 45 seconds long.

Like I said...the time on Crunk's replay is not a good indicator at all..since his clock is 1 day ahead, there is no way of knowing if it's EXACTLY 1 day ahead, or more than 1 day ahead, which in this case, it was obviously like 24 hours, and 20 minutes ahead.
