After i'm back from my honeymoon around September 12th or so, I'm going to start trying to set up community wars against other communities... I think we still have enough people around here to form a 7v7 or 8v8 team.  Maybe more if it starts to catch on.  I was thinking maybe 1 a month would be doable.  Usually Sundays @ 3 PM Eastern.
 
As long as the admin is cool with that, stay tuned...

I'm happy with the organisation of Community Wars, but I believe most communities, such as Jelly, Renegade Forums and the likes of n00bless prefer Saturdays.
 
If possible, I'd rather we also play on Saturdays  about the same time you suggested.

If we have to do Saturdays, I guess we will.  The thing about them though, is usually people are out doing something or not home on Saturdays.  At least on Sunday by 3 PM most people are back home.  That was my thinking behind it, but I know we can make Saturdays work as well.

I can understand your logic behind wanting to play community wars on Sundays, but when it comes down to it - most communities prefer playing on Saturdays due to the fact that their team consists of players from all over the world such as players from Australia will be able to attend the match since it will be early Sunday morning for them, the Americans can attend since it's during the afternoon and the Europeans can attend since it's the evening.
