-- clanwars news wire -- In heavy Zero Hour fighting Sunday, 199 skirmishes broke out as clans jockeyed for position during the day long, massive onslaught that (at press time) still continued with rumbling and fighting being heard off in the distance as the sun set on the battlefield.
Stepping up and leading the way out on the field was clan -UK| who packed up, headed out and nailed down 46 wins. Warrior 1D10T staked his claim to fame as the fiercest fighter of the day registering 21 wins in some brutal fighting. 1D10T had this to say after a triumphant return to camp "Look, our clan was out there laying waste, we ravaged, we pillaged and guess what...it's just the beginning.". It's hard to argue with his bravado after he collected 21 big wins today.
Field intel coming back front the front was reporting clan SMART was also pushing up laying stake to new ground securing 27 wins vs 8 defeats in some epic fighting.
With 2 days left in the tournament the title is still up for grabs. Ruiz, boss of clan T who picked up 1,614 big points today was resting at camp after the fighting and had this to say "We came, we fought, and we triumphed. There’s no surprises here… you plan well and you work hard and good things happen – you saw that today.". He later added: "We are not going away, you can bank on it. When the smoke clears we are going to be one of the few still standing."
With the battles raging and clans fighting hard to set themselves up for a run anything can happen. Stay tuned for what appears to be a terrific tournament.

-- clanwars news wire -- ArCh4Ng3L, the #1 ranked warrior of clan 1.6 in Battle for Middle earth II lost today in some heavy fighting against rival clan LeG in what some are calling a battle for the ages.

I think a lot of warriors were made out on that field today – unfortunately some gave all." said LuMiNoSiTy, boss of 1.6 after the fighting was over, "but thing is we still sit at rank #2, so we're not giving up just yet"
ArCh4Ng3L got dumped on Fords of Isen II
The win catapulted clan LeG into the #7 hole in the standings and sets up a nice stretch run with 2 days left in the tourney.

"You keep pushing yourself to the limit and you wonder if you are going break. There�s no doubt about the struggles these warriors go through on a daily basis and no one questions their courage, but for some it might be time to rethink their strategies for others just a chance to get some sleep and prepare for tomorrow as the push toward immortality continues. Bracketed Tournaments online

The bracketed tournaments are now back online.
Remember tournaments can run 8, 16, 32, 64, or 128 slots either 1v1 or clan-based.
Ask your admin to create a tournament and see who wins without any point chase to argue about.
The staff at clanwars sincerely hopes you enjoy the newly styled tournament system. Click the "tournaments" tab from your league menu to view any tournaments for your league.

Thank you all for being patient while we turn up the new site and squash all the bugs that made it past QA.
Since we went live a handful of annoying bugs have been fixed; some of the most prominent ones were the upload error bug when uploading match media; deleting PM bug; gamespy auto result bug, absolving clan bug and a few others all have been fixed.
As you find new bugs, small or large, please post them here
